Bob Woodley, President of Joyce Homes, has more than 40 years of experience in building Colorado new homes. Bob started as a warranty technician, immediately focused on meeting the needs of home buying customers. He spent the next 18 years with Mission Viejo Realty Group, the original developer of Highlands Ranch, working his way up to the position of Vice President of Construction. In 1990, he founded Joyce Homes one of southern Colorado's premier home builders.
